Downs is best remembered for his signature coin routines, which elevated the art of manipulation to new heights. His ability to produce, vanish, and manipulate coins with seamless grace earned him the moniker 'The King of Koins.' Unlike many of his contemporaries who relied on elaborate stage apparatus, Downs focused on the pure skill of the performer.
