The history of magic is preserved not only through famous props and valuable posters, but through programs, photographs, correspondence, promotional material, personal objects, retired props, club archives, and the everyday material created during a performer's career.

The Upchurch Collection of Magic welcomes inquiries from:

  • —Retired performers
  • —Collectors
  • —Families and estates
  • —Magic clubs
  • —Historians
  • —Dealers and builders
  • —Theaters and entertainment organizations

If you are a performer, you are welcome to choose an object that you feel best represents your career.

Sometimes an ordinary object with a strong story is more meaningful to the collection than an expensive object without one.

The Upchurch Collection of Magic is currently a privately developed historical collection. Contributions are not presently tax deductible. Submission of an item does not guarantee acceptance. All inquiries are handled with discretion and respect for the material and its history.
